We at Vi Beauty Lab value your time and understand that circumstances may arise that require you to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To ensure the efficient scheduling of our services and to respect the time of both our clients and our dedicated team, we have established the following cancellation policy:
- Cancellation Within 24 Hours: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so will result in a 50% cancellation fee based on the total cost of the scheduled service(s); $50 cancellation fee for wrinkle relaxer services and $100 cancellation fee for filler services. This fee is non-negotiable and must be paid before scheduling any future appointments.
- No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice (a “no-show”), you will be charged 100% of the total cost of the scheduled service(s). We reserve the right to request a non-refundable deposit for future appointments for clients with a history of no-shows.
- Rescheduling and Cancellation Process: You can reschedule or cancel your appointment using one of the following methods:
- Phone: Call our friendly staff at [612-299-1221] to make changes to your appointment. We’re here to assist you during our business hours.
- Vi Beauty Lab App: For your convenience, you can use our Vi Beauty Lab app to manage your appointments. Please note that cancellations and rescheduling made through our app should be done at least 24 hours before the appointment time to avoid any charges.
