I have been lucky enough to call myself a stay at home mama for the last 14 years, and now that my kiddos are a little older I’ve found a love for helping the Vi team and our treasured clients with all of their needs. I feel such joy traveling with my family, running on the Luce line and going on a walk with my girl, Penny (woof).

Fears:
I hate snakes, and I’m afraid of small spaces. I’m scared that something tragic might happen to those I love.

I’m the Mother of 3 yummy children and the owner of the lifestyle brand The House of OBrien that embodies my passion for overall health and wellness. I’ve been a certified fitness instructor since 1986 and a certified personal trainer since 1988. My fitness journey started in high school when I ran cross country and track, and continued into competing in college at the U of M. I remain an avid runner and triathlete. I was among the first to promote the SPRI exertube and the Reebok Step, touring the globe to train, coach and motivational speak to other instructors. I personally train from my home gym and coach at Lifetime Fitness.

Fears:
Not having enough time in this life to accomplish all my goals and aspirations.

I hold a Bachelor of Science degree and am a certified PMU artist specializing in lip blushing, microblading, and combo brow techniques.
